Why it works

One room, eight different conversations

There is no single massage. Swedish and deep tissue are not the same argument at different volumes — one improves how blood moves, the other goes after fibres that have been guarding an injury since last winter.

So we ask before we start. Where it hurts, what you do all day, whether you want to talk or want silence. The therapist adjusts pressure the whole way through, and you can change your mind mid-session.

Tell us the one thing you want to feel different tomorrow.
The order of things

How the visit runs

you can ignore all of it, of course

  1. 01

    A short conversation

Two minutes at the start. What hurts, what you do all day, how hard you want it worked, and anything a therapist ought to know.

  2. 02

Heat first, if there is time

We will always suggest sauna or steam beforehand. Warm, well-circulated tissue takes the same pressure far more easily.

  3. 03

    The session, your pace

Pressure gets adjusted the whole way through. Say lighter, say heavier, say stay there — none of it interrupts anything.

  4. 04

    Sit for a minute

Water, a few slow minutes upright, and no rushing for the stairs. The last ten minutes are part of the treatment.

Frequently asked

Before youcome in

Anything not answered here, ask us directly. Someone is on the desk from seven in the morning.

Which one should I book?

Swedish if you are new or simply tired. Deep tissue for a specific, stubborn pain. Thai if you feel stiff rather than sore.

Should it hurt?

Deep work can be intense, never sharp. Sharp means say something, and the therapist will back off immediately.

How long do I need?

Sixty minutes covers the whole body once. Ninety lets the therapist stay on the one thing that needs it.

Can I ask for a male or female therapist?

Yes. Tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
